I have had very few vacancies and virtually no tenant damage. Minimizing repair and maintenance expenses is another value-added service they provide. No owner/investor wants to spend more than they need to on maintenance. Lindsay's years of building and real estate experience ensure that we don't over-pay for work done, and also that we don't miss doing the repairs that are really needed.
