Widsten Property Management Inc. is comprised of nine staff members - five licensed property managers, three accounting staff and an administraive assistant:

LINDSAY WIDSTEN, President- has over 20 years experience in rental property management in Nanaimo/Ladysmith and has been selling real estate since 1978. Lindsay is known for treating each investment property as his own and is a hands-on manager. Lindsay is licensed as managing broker, trading services and strata and rental property manager. TARA SOKOLOSKI, Licensed Rental Manager - has recently joined the company and has been working in the property management industry for the past six years managing single and multi family residential properties as well as some commercial properties. GLENN CALDER, Licensed Rental Manager/Maintenance Manager - has been with our company for three years. Glenn has spent a full career working as a police officer, after which he returned to college to pursue a Business Diploma. Glenn manages our maintenance program dealing directly with owners, tenants, and trades to ensure prompt, cost efficient and timely reparations for our rental units and is often involved in renovation projects.
