We pride ourselves on our ability to offer well maintained properties to responsible tenants. We offer a list of available houses on this site, by fax, at our office, and in the newspaper. For more information please contact Lindsay Widsten today We are always looking to expand our inventory. If you own a good house we are confident we can find a good tenant. We look after all aspects of the property: -locate tenant, check references, view current residence if in town, and order a check credit. -collect rent and deposit to owner -full computerized statements of income and expense for income tax purposes -supervise maintenance and repairs to property. tenants for our service.
